...a hippie commune, or Bomont (the town from Footloose) as far as a place to live, which would you pick?

Well I know what a hippie commune is, not sure about the other so I think I'll go with the hippie commune.

In the movie Footloose (both versions), the town of Bomont banned drinking, pop music, and dancing, thanks to an influential pastor.

No contest... a hippie commune. I'm already slightly hippie-ish anyway.

Yeah the hippie commune sounds much more appealing.

From what I can tell of Footloose, its a step away from glittered covered emo vampires with relationship issues.

I'll stick to hippie commune.

So I have to choose between living with the minions of Jerry Garcia...or being ruled by the iron fist of righteous Jesus. Can I have the death sentence instead, Your Honor?

I'd choose the hippie commune.

I'll take the hippie commune. I'd rather live in a place that's liberated than a place that's repressed.

The strict town.

I thrive on having very strict rules that i know i can and can't do. I have meltdowns even over how to order fodd in differant places where i am not used to. Hippy commune is my idea of hell (I had to live in Nimbin for a while as a child , Hippy capital of the southern hemisphere and maybe the whole world).

I chose the commune.

Only my ex would be crazy enough to pick Bomont.

I never seen Footlose but from what I heard of it' I'd pick the hippie community even thou I'm straight-edge. I like pop music & I'm pretty liberal. I'm also attracted to hippie girls if I could find one who wasn't into drinking, drugs or casual sex
