Zingy or Domo?

Zingy (mascot for EDF energy):

Domo for NHK:

Both have been accused of looking like a poo!

You can currently buy Domo (I collect him) but not Zingy. Domo is an international phenomenon thanks to a certain Internet meme. Zingy is currently UK only, but all it takes it one stupid meme to rocket him to stardom.

Of course, when Weetabix ripped off Domo to make Weetakid, they had to make him look a lot less poop-like:

Ohgosh, Domo.

The top one lacks expressiveness to me. Minimalist is adorable, so long as I can fill in the gaps, and I can't with that lil guy for some reason. Sorry, fella. Domo wins!

I like Domo because of my perpetual fondness for Japanese culture. Zingy just reminds me of a dog's chew toy.

Zingy is way funnier to look at.

But domo is more cuddly looking.
So you would have to vote for zomo.

Aww yes when I first saw the EDF advert I thought Zingy was cute. I didn't know that was his name though until this thread.

Zingy because he's brightly colored, and he moves around and does cool stuff in the video you posted, he's way too good for energy commercials i think :o
