Back in the winter I was usually in bed around 8PM. But now in the spring I have usually been going to bed around 10:30PM to 11:30PM.

So most of us aspies have rigid routines when it comes to bed, it is 2.45am here and I am still up, this is my common pattern, if it gets disturbed I am really pissed off.

Seriously though, I have a loose set time - about 1:30-2:30
It's really hard if I have to go earlier though, so hard to get to sleep
