When it comes too door staff at nightclubs don't you think its quite risky in the sense that even students can be BIG and be street fighters like do martial arts etc.... when i go out too pubs on occasion i will see one or two students who are 6ft5, 6ft6 or even 6ft7 and built like brick walls, basically they make the bouncers look small. there was this one private party and there was one bouncer that was only 5ft10 making sure everyone behaved themselves yet there were 2 guys at the party who were 6ft4 and over 200lbs. i mean how could a bouncer deal with 2 angry drunk 200lbs+ 6ft4 guys?

how do door stuff deal with students who are big, very strong and are good street fighters? As a bouncer you can't just assume that all the students are weaker than you.

That is where their social advantages come into play. The smaller doorkeepers are hired for their personality and wit more than for their muscle, and the big guys that talk loud are usually the first to fall. I know a former professional bodyguard who totally looks the part but is extremely laid-back and quiet in real life, great guy. He quit to go mentor inner city kids

Personality and mindset is one thing they use to their advantage. At the clubs I've worked at, if a big guy like you've described caused problems, then several bouncers would deal with him.
