I have seen alot of things here asking what intrests people have but I was wondering if anyone had things they aren't interested in or not into.

Try to put down at least 1 or write down a part of something you dont like or find boring etc.

History. Ancient history is OK, but modern history gives me a headache. I cannot seem to associate names, dates, and events to save my life.

Modern history? Is that an oxymoron?

Star Wars
Harry Potter
Twilight
Lord of the Rings
Star Trek
Iron Man
Back to the Future

Tried all of them on account of them being popular escapist fantasies - I wanted to see what the appeal was. But they just didn't fill me with a sense of magic and wonder like my main interest, Tim Burton & Johnny Depp's collaborative movies, do.

Pirates of the Caribbean (and its sequels)
Adventure Time with Finn & Jake
Hunter S. Thompson and the movies Johnny Depp did that were based on his work (Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, The Rum Diary)
Dark Shadows (2012)
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (and its sequels)
Doctor Who
Various anime after the age of 19
Playing video games
Reading

These are all things that I legitimately wanted to have as special interests, but for some reason they just didn't "click" with me. Every once in awhile I may go back to them to try to see if they will develop into special interests ("If I try it one more time, maybe it will work!") But it's as futile as trying to fit a square peg into a round hole - just isn't compatible.

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic

This may not count because it was once a legitimate special interest of mine. But I quit liking it because I hated the fact that it's so popular on the Internet. When too many people love the same thing as me, it takes away from the feeling that it's "my" interest.

Science
Math

Too difficult for me to understand.

History
Modes of transportation/inanimate objects

I find those subjects to be rather boring to be honest.

- Sports on television. It's not interesting to watch others play sports. In fact, the same applies to porn in a way.

- Most mainstream music since 2000. It's just all mangled and uninteresting. There are very few mainstream masterpieces.

- Almost all mainstream rap/hip-hop music, especially after the second half of the 1990s. It's hardly original, and all about clubs and money and whores and shooting and shooting whores nowadays.

- Twilight. Watched ten minutes of the first movie, and hated it.

- Engineering shows. Engineering itself can be fascinating, but these shows are usually just about the process of building something semi-impressive.

- Anything people on radio shows like to talk about in between music. Somehow, they didn't get the memo about nobody being interested in hearing their opinions on criminal justice every fifteen minutes.
