Asking someone to ddos someone ease?

i asked someone to ddos someone in the USA in April 2012
i live in the UK
im 15 years old
i just want to know what law it braks and any other details

It's a stupid idea, and infantile, and a complete waste of time, and there's a very large chance the target didn't even notice because the person you asked to do this was unable to pull it off (people saying yes to ideas that stupid generally shouldn't have internet access at all), but you're not going to jail.

the attack was stopped by ddos protection when the server was at 7800% load
the server was secounds from going down
but i want to know how to convence them to press charges
