What forum do you find the most Risque?

I find "Members Only Discussion" the most risque. Because I see this forum and a few others on WP risque, I feel uncomfortable about going on them. I may just being an old fuddy duddy.

I haven't been in the "Adults Only" area. Not so sure I want to...
I also feel uncomfortable when I see a post making references to a certain thing you do involving your hand (hopefully) in the privacy of your room.

Adult forum is full of adult topics about sex and what not. However you can not talk about matters involving human waste whatsoever, even if it doesn't have to do with sex. Apparently it's too much.

Actually, I have been in the Adult Discussion. But, I only check those threads out that I didn't think was too risque and it was only a couple. Otherwise I haven't been back to this forum.

Just wondering? Can children access these forums? I wonder if there is a cut of age? Some children do have a way of fibbing on their profiles just so they can access these kinds of discussions.

Looks like I won't be visiting the Adult Discussions anymore. I like to learn about others in association with Aspergers and their many traits even if it includes a trait like objectophilia. But, it seems like a lot of this stuff is very private and needs to be discussed in private even the sexual details of objectophilia, if you know what I mean.

Anyways, it has more to do with children having access to these sorts of discussions that disturb me the most whether they fibbed about their ages or through a willing parent.

The description of the Adult Autism Issues forum on the main index page reads:
Quote:
WrongPlanet.net is a family friendly site, but there are sometimes Autism and Asperger's issues that go beyond the scope of family appropriate topics. This forum has hidden content and can only be viewed by members over 17. To participate, make sure you've entered a birthday in your profile.
... so no; it's open only for members aged 17 or older.

Unfortunately - we have no way of verifying any age given in a profile. :?

Thanks for the info. I knew you had to enter a birthdate on some of these Discussions. Hopefully parents will monitor what those under 17 is doing on this forum as well as the Internet. But, I must say, that the children on this discussion board is very well behaved and act very mature. That is a real plus here. I just see a bunch of spoiled brats who don't care what they say to others on other boards. So kudos to all of the children who work this board.

you think a parent should be watching over the shoulder of a 15 or 16 year old? Sure...
this site is the least of their worries

We check too and have caught out a few who thought the previous honesty with their age would go unnoticed when it got tweaked to something older so they could peek in the adult forums...

As WP is an international site the definition of "child" is practically impossible to nail down and so this, along with the impracticalities involved with actual age verification, really means that the posted age restriction serves as a warning/strong hint.
Also, I expect any youngster having a peek would come away extremely disappointed because there are also rules governing the subjects and details even adults are permitted there.

Agreed - the general level of maturity expressed here by even the very young gives me hope for the future.
