Yes. I am afraid of having panic attacks which leads me to avoidant behaviors because of the fear i have of the fear I might experience.

I was going to feel sad if someone had not put that.

And Dementor's, with the Bogart that was what Harry was afraid of, and they are a representation of fear. He knew what to truly be afraid of.

I'm afraid ofbeing afraid because of reading about an idea that what you are afraid of will happen to you and people telling me that I'm likely to make things worse by being afraid. So, not being able to help my fear, I become even more afraid possessing that fear. Imagine being afraid the house will burn down not because of something rational, but because you're already afraid. (I packed in preparation for that...) When I'm terrified that something bad will happen my fear doubles because I fear being afraid. Does fear have power? I'd rather not know, if I'm going to cause something to happen because I'm afraid, it's going to happen regardless and it would be less likely to be possible if I wasn't affected by two types of fear.
