hi

me and my father flew to germany, we wanted to return sooner and called air berlin. they said that it will cost 500 euros for each person to change it. and also said it will be 350 each if we wait more days in germany,

i tried to explain them that i didint felt good mentally and that it is not fair that physically disabled people will be taken much more into considiration but mental problems not,

we paid the aprox 700 euros and waited,

the whole ticket is about 950$ each,,

also it was very hard to reach them by phone and we needed to go 2 times to the airport for the tickets probing

and my luggage didn't came after landing and i waited for the next flight for it to arrive

consider a company that will considerate in you in case of problems

That's the reason that I've never booked a holiday outside of my country.

My sister had to pay 450 just to change the departing airport (Ottawa to Toronto) on her trip to Japan.

She was using Air Canada.

Did you not think of just going on the Internet in your hotel (or finding Internet access in Germany) booking a flight back through Skyscanner? May well have been cheaper?
