I'm not into ICP or anything of the like, but I do have a close friend who fancies himself a Juggalo. Everytime he sees someone clad in ICP paraphernalia, he gives them the obligatory Juggalo greeting.

I'm going to say no, even though I am not too familiar with that term I have a vague idea of what it is though and its certainly not the same thing as a juggalo.
