I'm at this peculiar stage in life where I seem to be constantly desperate, having the greatest needs... and yet the most amount of money I've ever had. How useless is that?

Well, either I don't know where to get the stuff I need from, which is likely, as sometimes I'm not even sure where to buy specific items from (and I spend loads of time deliberating *what* to buy, when, as usual, there's multiple (branded etc.) items on the market)... or money is truly useless. And I think that's correct when it concerns the greatest needs. I mean, the necessities (food etc.) are usually cheap... but, as nothing that even remotely concerns the resolution of my loneliness can be bought, it's useless...

So... I'm considering a bonfire. At least, that would be a use for it. People generally do it for a reason, too.

Charity or investments would be a much better use.

Well, for the last few years I've been wondering why in charities some people are paid and others not, and that seems unjust - how much money is usually wasted on administration, also? Embezzlement seems likely... so, I'm not sure I'd trust giving charities money freely unless I know exactly how they work (which takes time) - although, I think the point is that any charity worth doing is worth doing for free (which is what volunteers also feel, I'd assume, but they're usually only peons for the organizations themselves).

Other than that... investments? To get more money?

Not all charities are created equal, so do some research. However "worthless" money is to someone whose basic needs are met there are people who aren't so well off who'd beg to differ about the value of even twenty bucks. I'm saying this as the child of a mother who couldn't afford jack s**t growing up, and as someone who didn't know when her next meal would be at one point. You could even donate to a Kickstarter project or other fundraisers.

Investments for when times turn tough. You'll be kicking yourself for wasting it then.

Yeah, I never hesitate to roll a hundred dollar blunt. That's a blunt with hundred dollar bills in the wrapping. That's how awesome I am.

Uhm..... If I had that kind of money, I probably would not be living in a one-bedroom apartment where the only thing that is consistent is the maintenance issues.
