What goes through your mind?

Does it say "danger"?

Yes. To me it says, "this guy is very unpredictable". I would need to know what his triggers and boundaries were in order to be around this person without anxiety.

To me it does. Also raises me a red flag to stay away. I hate those type of people. You never know what will set them off.
