Anything spicy/hot, even a little bit. Anything with too much of other kinds of spice.
Raspberries, blackberries, wildberries - basically any berry except strawberries
mushrooms (except in small pieces on pizza)
zucchini
lasagna (I *hate* the noodles)
Most cheeses except cheddar or mozzarella (i.e. the ones I grew up eating)
Pretzels
Olives
Curry (I can't even stand the smell)
That clear salad dressing with large black dots in it (ditto on the smell)
Beats (again, can't stand the smell. I've never actually eaten one)
Most unfamiliar pasta sauces, and non-spaghetti-like noodles
The tops of broccoli (stems are fine)

I also disliked banana's for a while because when I was a kid a bit into a banana with a spider's egg nest on it and all these little spiders came on me and I never touched another banana again for years. Even today when I eat a banana I break it apart piece by piece while eating it.
I'm also wary of buying fruit from grocery stores because a lot of times I see people sneeze on the fruit or drop the fruit on the ground or touch the fruit with their hands over and over again and then put it back for some innocent person to pick up.
O.O Yeah, that'd put me off bananas too. I'm surprised you eat them at all.
I generally don't notice what other people do with the fruit at the grocery store, but my mother taught me to check all fruit for bruises before buying and to wash them thoroughly before eating them. The people putting their hands all over the fruit are probably checking them for bruises/mold/rotten spots/etc.
