as weird as this sounds I almost feel a little guilty. Pepperoni Pizza is probably the meat I eat the most because I absolutely love Pepperoni Pizza. I also eat those mini sausage rolls from time to time and I sometimes eat ham. Aside from those I do eat other sorts of meat but not all the time. The fact is that meat comes from animals and I almost feel a little guilty for eating them. But it's not like it's illegal or anything, everyone eats meat, well maybe not everyone but still. I say this because I watch alot of tv and movies and most of but not alot of have some fictional pigs like Miss Piggy or Hamm from Toy Story and while they're not actually real I do question whether it's right for me to eat meat while liking these characters. There's nothing barbaric about eating meat. Even animals eat animals right to survive. We're practically hunting like the animals to survive. I just don't want a bunch of animal lovers out there acusing me of being some kind of a monster.

as appealing as the flavor of all the delicious animals might be to me, my body reminds me that i need to severely restrict how much of such i can eat.

Even God loves a good BBQ, I have it on authority from a pastor friend that essentially all the sacrifices going on in the Old Testament were to that end

i dealt with similar thoughts for a long time, i really didn't like a lot of types of meat and felt guilty for eating it anyway. i was in my early 30's (last year) when i was successful in changing my diet. i still don't consider myself a vegetarian (i eat a little fish occasionally) and definitely don't judge anyone who does eat meat. it was a personal choice for me enabled by the fact that close family members made the change as well and we supported each other. now meat cooking still smells good but if i actually get it in front of me i feel sick.
