Do you go anywhere where you have a favourite seat?
I do on the bus. I usually like to sit on the fifth seat from the front, on the driver's side (the right). I don't like sitting too far at the back because there are backward-facing seats which causes agitation for me when I've got sit with someone directly facing me throughout the journey, and I don't like to sit too near the front because it's too low down and I feel obliged to get up for old people, and I sometimes find it hard to stand up because of my poor balance issues, unless I am right at the front nearer to the door bit. And I don't like to sit on the left side of the bus because it is nearer to the pavement and people walking along always look in at me as though something about my figure in the window catches their eye as though I'm a bright light.

So that is why I have a favourite seat. :) Do you have a favourite seat anywhere?

Hello.

Yes, I do.

At McDonald's where I go often, there is a seat that I always take if it's available. It's kind of in the corner but the wall on its side is low and I can see the counter area where customers are ordering and picking up their orders. I like that seat so much that even when the table next to it is taken and there are many other free tables where you could have more privacy, I still take my usual seat.

Much like Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory, I have a favorite spot on one end of the couch and become distressed when other people sit there.

Not really, actually. I am a bit arbitrary.

Yes. At school, I'm always in the back row, next to a wall. If someone takes my spot, I kind of don't know what to do with myself.

Absolutely. In each of my classes, I had "my seat." In some classes, it was on the far left at the rear of the classroom, others it was in the "T Zone (an area composed of the front row and center of the room, believed to facilitate and enhance learning)."

I like to sit at the back of the bus where the seats are higher.
when I was still at home I had a favourite end of the couch and if anyone sat there I would'nt know where to sit then.
In the family car I used to sit on the right hand side at the back.
