Do you listen to the same music repeatedly?

I have never been a fan of popular music, preferring to listen to what my parents listened to (classical or instrumental) or whatever caught my fancy or was related to a special interest (like the Beatles). Anyway, I tend to listen to the same song repeatedly until it no longer interests me. How about others?

I'd be interested to know also what people are "currently" listening to. For me it's the Angel theme, and (I know it's silly) a parody song made by Minecraft fans called "creepers are terrible" which will come in handy as ill know the tune of whatever real popular song it's based on.

I do this incessantly. It's actually a bit of a problem, since it inhibits my discovering of new music when I'm listening to the same thing over and over!

I feel more like that when it comes to films. I can watch them over and over and never really get into other ones. That's why I like it when other people pick ones to watch with me. I've had people send me songs and I've ended up expanding that way or I'll just look on guitar tab sites for artists I don't know and give them a try. Always come back to my repetitive songs though.

Whenever I find a song that makes me feel good, I listen to it over and over until I'm sick of it.

I have a set of CDs that I listen to in the same order, repeatedly.

This is me, spot on. A great song can simply worm itself into my head and become something I MUST hear when I listen to music. When I find a new one after a while, the process repeats.

Yes - especially synthesized stuff with no lyrics (including my own.)

Max, I often like songs with no lyrics as well. I find I often have trouble hearing the words to popular songs and i find that irritating, especially on the radio or in a place with lots of people. Of course if it becomes a favorite I listen all day and do learn the words well.
