Anyone here have a fascination with electric razors? Those with power cords that you plug in.

They feel like a facial lawnmower. Not a fan.

to my sensitive facial skin, blades/straight razors felt like a scythe wielded by somebody with no depth perception, with typically bloody results.

There is no perfect solution, but I am trying the Double Edge style now. With good shaving soap(not Barbasol), and a new blade they cut very well down my side burns, but chin whiskers are still stubborn. You do have to be steady with these things though. Guide them down the face do not apply and pressure.

I had even contemplated a delapidory beard removal cream I saw in the store. I guess it works for few people though. Many reviews report that it fails or they feel like their face was napalmed. I don't think I'll try it. 8O
