Hello we are a couple with Aspergers and ADHD living in a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms in Clontarf, Queensland and our current housemate is considering moving out by the end of April at the latest so we are looking for a female flatmate of any age with similar conditions (Aspergers, HFA, ADD/ADHD, NVLD or any of those combined) who is reasonably quiet, mature, responsible, clean and tidy, preferably employed, a student or a disability pensioner to occupy the second bedroom.
We are asking for $250 per fortnight and this will cover a third of the rent, utilities, internet and food.
Our lease runs out on the 28th of August 2013 and our flatmate is more than welcome to move in with us at the next place we move to providing we all get along however if we can't find another place straight away we are prepared to renew the lease for a further 6 months.
