I think its actually part of the building (like a restaurant that has a car going thru the wall) or its 2 images overlapped from the same spot.

The shadows aren't a reliable way of judging, seeing as Google Earth is just lots and lots of aerial photos - joined together somewhat poorly at times. I'm guessing this is just another example of that.

Maybe it's a part of a sign for a type of car business? Like a body shop or something. The car looks kind of small to be real.

Yeh that car does look too small. I think it's real though, it just looks like that part of the image was originally somewhere else or something though. You can see the lines it's parked between, so it's either not supposed to be in the image there, or it's a very small car on a very steep slope
It's weird anyway
