Anyone here remember Pic N Save? It was at one time, a common closeout store in the United States. Starting in the late 90s, the stores started to close.

Yes, I do. There were quite a lot of interesting things there.

They got bought out by Big Lots here. The store didn't change much, better merchandise but still a discount store.

The parking lot still has the Pic n Save signs. And also still remaining are the cement barriers from the drive through 35mm film lab that used to be in the parking lot.

Yes, it's been a Big Lots here for years as well. In between Pic and Save and Big Lots, there were a couple of other name changes at the stores here. Each time, the merchandise was less and less interesting.

I was thinking they sounded like Big Lots. I always go there for snack binging, since I love to try new imported snacks, and I love getting them cheap even more!

The are clever with their pricing, though, just like anyone else. Not everything in there is a great deal, but there are many to be found.
