LOVE seafood! Especially love shellfish. Sushi = Major Yum. I always preferred seafood to red meats and chicken. I love "wet" foods: creamy, moist, supple. Can't stand dry foods like overcooked meat or even dry fish like swordfish.

Sea urchin is very yummy but can't eat too much at once.
By Alex, you have a very strong stomach. That is....something else.
Toro is always good.

I'll follow the Biblical guidelines on this one - fins & scales = good!
I likes me a tasty fish prepared in almost any way!
...so long as it's cooked fully and the head removed. (Some weird asian restaurants just plop it on your plate still moving and head intact... gross!)
Other things like shellfish are less appealing (though I still enjoy clam chowder) and I don't like bottom-feeders like crab and lobster at all.

Love seafood with a passion, I'd eat it every single day if it wasn't for the high prices and that darned mercury in all the fish! Lobster is my favorite, if you've never had a grilled lobster tail you don't know what you're missing. Salmon is really good too, it's super-easy to cook and almost impossible to screw up, it's one of my staple work-night dinners. Crawfish/shrimp/crabs (ideally dungeoness) with a buttload of seasoning are good too. I'd keep going but there are too many things I like about seafood to list them all.

Nobody said shrimp? Prawn is close but not really the same. I like them breaded and crunchy, otherwise soaked in garlic
