Does it depress you? It depresses me.

I don't even know why, but there's always this nostalgic, sad feeling I get when I bike through neighborhoods when the daylight begins to wane and the shadows deepen. Night is cool, and dawn is nice, but sun down I do not like.

I think it can with a lot of people, it's 'down-time' in the evening and at night.

I suffer from S.A.D. so sometimes in the winter this gets especially bad, it turns from a little melancholy to a sudden feeling of a huge bottomless pit of depression inside myself that I'm falling into with no way of stopping myself. You may well be borderline S.A.D yourself, I used to get this a while before I started getting the major S.A.D. symptoms, and I get like this a few days before this sudden depression hits.

Not unless I've wasted my day. I like relaxing from a productive day as the sun goes down.

I find the evening to be a very happy time for me. I get to go on WP and listen to my CDS. :D

I tend to be more relaxed and alert during the evening, so I actually prefer it. It's in the middle of the day that I'm at my worst.

Yes. I get really antsy and binge eat like an insane woman and then want to murder myself. (Not literally...)

Sooo maybe not depressed, maybe crazy.

Don't know, I sleep in the morning, most winters I go without seeing the sun for weeks at a time.

Not usually "depress", but I've found that I definitely get higher levels of anxiety during the evening.

The late afternoon/early evening always makes me feel tired and more emotional than other times during the day. During the morning/early afternoon and nighttime I'm fine; it's just the late afternoon/early evening that gives me problems. According to my mom, I've been this way ever since I was a baby.

Yeah, maybe more emotional is a better way to describe it.

No, I really like evenings. My mood is always better then.
Mornings depress me the most even if I don't have to get up early. I don't know why but I'm always sad in the morning. :?

No. I prefer the evening to the daytime.
