^^^ Yeah, I don't drink much beer anymore, but when I do it's usually Boulevard (IPA/APA or Porter). I can't wait until they start brewing their summer witbier... I really love that stuff!

@CockneyRebel,

I'm gonna start saving my pennies so I can buy some country ribs to do next!

Wow, that sure looks tasty! Meat with BBQ sauce, love it! Still waiting for the temperatures to rise here but this year has been so cold so far. :(

I like almost anything with BBQ sauce on it.

Do other countries have barbecue?

This is a good sauce,it's a thin sauce and it's not sweet.

East Arkansas BBQ Sauce

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp or more paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper,or more of you like it hot
2 tbs cider or red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup water

Shake well and serve in a shaker bottle,I use a recycled soy sauce bottle.
I like to parboil my ribs first if I'm going to grill them.
If I do them in the oven I just cook them long and slow.
Then they are always tender.

I had a neighbor from Argentina and he knew how to BBQ the best goat!!I wish I could remember his sauce,it was limes, garlic, peppers and other things,it was real watery, more like a baste. He did the goat whole and sort of stretched it across the fire pit.

^^^^Sort of, more like mutton than beef. You want a young one,old goats are tough. There is suppose to be a huge demand for goat meat right now, lots of farmers are raising Boer Goats around here.
They are easier than cows that's for sure, but you better have a good fence. If they get out there goes your garden and fruit trees. Then you really want to BBQ goat.
