He' on some powerful stuff. Anyone with sense would know that the best way to get away from cops on a bike is to get off the highway ASAP & ride where cars cant fallow. I bet he didn't get away for long.sense there was a chopper watching him.

Funny thing is not only he got away but the cops have no way of tracking him down via address from license place/registration because hes on a bicycle and bicycles dont have those!! XD
