i used to get takeout every night (every time it had chicken in it or some meat) and thats when i got to about 125 lbs and was always sleepy all the time since i changed my eating habits i dont eat as much chicken as i used to.

I don't eat meat much anymore, but chicken was the one meat I would eat. I would make:

homemade chicken soup
chicken burgers (I would grind the meat myself, add onion and garlic, secret ingredients, and cook it like a hamburger)
roasted chicken (I had a whole technique of soaking it in brine, cutting it open, and roasting it flat on the bare rack)

There's a recipe on the back of the bisquick box for roasted chicken fingers, that's very good.

It's a term for fried chicken strips, but these were roasted.

I think some people make soup with chicken feet though!

Generally, my favourite chicken is one that is still alive.

Any chicken that I can eat, so long as the meat is of good quality. I love KFC.

Yemeni spiced chicken. Its marinated in a good half pint of olive oil, juice of couple lemons and a spice mixture and when its done it looks lovely, speckled in spices and nicely crispy and very tender. The taste is refreshing and very mildly spicy. I like to have it with a lovely warm tasting yet slightly sour Algerian sauce.
