I feel surprisingly normal, but my motor skills totally went downhill. I talk like a druggy and I need help walking. Maybe I'm acting super weird and I'm not aware of it. I know my druggy voice makes it seem like I'm more high than I am. Maybe I'm like a drunk person who thinks they're normal.

Interesting.. probably is a bit like a drunk person thinking they're more sober than they are. I know the experience can be similar on other common recreational drugs. I've never had anaesthetics like that to know, but it would be kind of a cool experience to have just to see what it's like.

It's kind of cool for you to have that experience & to be able to analyze it. 8)

That's interesting. I had my wisdom teeth taken out when I was only 13. I don't think I acted drugged out at all after I was recovered enough enough to go home. I did sleep a lot. Must have been the prescription Tylonel I was taking afterwards. I was still a kid, so it wasn't like I could take much else. I got better pretty fast, maybe because I was young and in good health. Or maybe because Christmas was coming in only a week and that sped up my recovery, like when a kid is sick and at death's door until Saturday. The money I got from what would be my last visit from the "tooth fairy" didn't hurt either. :)

I had mine removed 13 years ago, and the main two things I remember were the hefty amount of KFC mashed potatoes (couldn't have anything other than soft foods) and the awesome painkillers that the doctors prescribed.

It was interesting to touch my own face right after surgery and not be able to feel it. It's almost like a semi out of body experience in that regard.
