How can non-Oregonian know you are right and lol? Do you have proof that OR is the best state ever and what points do you have to back that up?

Not that I could totally disagree and if I were to present a case for OR being the best state ever a few points I would mention would be that OR has mountains and beaches, as well as vineyards. Most cities get very little snow (this particular point requires further research).

You know it's the best, because the two-letter state code is there to remind you that either California OR Washington could be better alternatives. :lol:

I live in Oregon and I just got back from Montana. We have a lake house there and it's our vacation spot. Good place for a vacation, bad place to live.

I could do without the state income tax. otherwise it reminds me a lot of the inland empire.

I have lived several places in the U.S. and also overseas, and it is always nice to come home again (to Montana or even the Northwest U.S. in general).

Also, Portland has a high percentage of hipsters and is considered one of the "whitest" cities in the country.

Eh, as a Washingtonian, Oregon is an alright state. It's nice that I can visit Portland when I can.
