I'm assuming #15 was arrested for domestic violence, perhaps?

I was at a major airport not too long ago, and I saw a guy wearing a t-shirt like this that kept getting stopped by security.

What would have been even funnier is if it would have shown what they were arrested for.

I bet number 10 ("DARE role model) got arrested for drug possesion/dealing, and number 6 was probably DUI. :D

I work for a warehouse, and the company I work for drug tests everybody upon being hired, any time there's an accident that involves injuries/damage to company property or anytime they think that they have a reason to believe that someone is using illegal substances (the last point doesn't happen very often).

I remember the former HR director telling me once that a guy walked in with a T shirt with a large marijuana leaf printed on it, and a button that said "I love Ganja". They drug tested him, and of course, he tested positive for marijuana. I believe marijuana should be legal, and it shouldn't be the companies' business whether or not someone uses it (unless they come in intoxicated), but I did get a laugh out of the guy's stupidity.
