The past year, people assume I am 15-17, and it's kind of strange and a relief since I am 21 (and look older when I was young... when I was 14 they thought I was 19!). At the mall, I was ask to show ID, and random strangers would ask my age assuming I was in that age group.

I was wondering, how long do you think looking "young" will last? I don't want to grow old either, and perfectly fine looking the way I look. I'm done growing too.

Some people keep on looking the exact same age when they get older to the point it becomes creepy.

Being alive but not really "living" causes this I've noticed.

It can be a downfall in a lot of cases when you're a male, especially when you're short and thin.

I'm 30 and I still get carded for smokes. I still have clear skin. I still look and feel like I did when I was 20. I get up at 4 in the morning and eat hardly nothing. Workaholic. Pabst Blue Ribbon.

I'm in my fifties, and people say I look to be in my forties. I suppose that if I still had a full head of hair I would look even younger.

I know a girl who looks about my age but is actually in her 20's.

I used to look older, and sometimes I still do, but I think sometimes I look younger as well.

I don't think autistic people "don't age", but our faces are a lot less expressive than NTs, so we don't wrinkle as much, and appear to age much slower than normal.

At least that's one theory. But I doubt you'll be 60 and still looking like you're 16, we just look younger than we currently are.

I think people age at different rates. I can never tell how old people are anyway.

I look 29-35 now. I am 51, almostv 52. The youth is finally starting to fade.
Too bad!

Sincerely,
Matthew

If that's a recent pic of you in the avvie, I'd guess that was Mr. Hammett of Metallica in his mid-20s :thumright:
