when i went on the website and did the iq it said i have an iq of 144 i seriously doubt that i am extremely gifted does anyone else think it is fake.

I got 145 first time, when a changed one answer, it tured out to be 91

Given that IQ tests are now generally-recognised to be a form of pseudoscience, I wonder why anyone would attach much credibility to their results in general, let alone in the specific form in which they are practised on some ropey-looking and professionally-unaccredited website?
