As a person with autism myself, I decided to support my fellow autistic people. I wanted to raise money and donate it to Autism Speaks before Christmas. But what should I do next?

Your intentions sound good, but I'm somewhat dubious about your intended beneficiary. Autism Speaks has got quite a bad/mixed reputation amongst the people on this site. I'm sure there are other organisations who would benefit autistic people. Have you done much research on this?
