What's the go with Howard Hughes?

I have been doing a little research on him today (a little bit of knowledge can be dangerous? )

Was he a genius with OCD? or is it possible he's more a product of his Mothers influence with the fanaticism in relation to germs (rather than OCD)? As it seems his paranoia and mind set regarding germs later in life escalated to the point of obsession and beyond

He had his hand in so many different things, movies, planes, ladies underwear...

Is he an eccentric genius? or possibly more along the lines of a wealthy boy with plenty of time on his hands and finance in his pocket to indulge his whims? or both?

Any ideas? My brain has been working overtime on this subject for a while now (why I am unsure), and I thought if put out there to the masses, then its out of my head!

If you had the same amount of money he did, what would you do with it?

Howard Hughes was obsessed with Aeroplanes. So much that he became a very rich man from it. He had OCD, from what I've seen in The Aviator, and read in articles.

Rational response? The person is obviously a fucktarded lunatic who deserves little more in life than a kick in the crotch and a slow painful death afterwards. Atomicpsycho is definitely some worthless psycho, I only wish we had a mod here to ban his ass for being such an annoying bastard.
