I hate it. I prefer to get a pizza, fries, anything. Failing that, I'll just eat cold stuff. Sandwiches, fruits, et cetera. I tried cooking a couple of times, but it's more trouble than its worth imho.

Yeah. Some things turn out good, some bad for me. It's a crapshoot, but I enjoy doing it.

Well my special interest is recipes so of course I enjoy testing them out. I wouldn't say I'm a great cook, but I'm pretty good at making things nutritious with lots of vegetable dishes and such. I tend to cook South Asian style and I eat lots of rice. I also enjoy cooking fish.

When it comes to fish, cooking is a breeze only because I don't cook the fish. I prefer to just cut raw filets into bite size pieces and eat it like that. Escolar I cook because it's an oily fish that can give you diarrhea if it's not cooked right.

I do it professionally and for pleasure, with my current specializations being charcuterie and modernism, with quite a bit of regional ethnic thrown in.

I enjoy trying to cook new recipes. Everyone must stay out of the kitchen, and the music has to be on though. I tried a couple Barefoot Contessa books from the library this week, which seemed to be about drenching everything in butter, cream, wine, and brandy. :drunken:
