Personally, a boyfriend deeply in love with me... the best thing ever.

I'd like my health back. This chronic illness stinks.

I'm having trouble choosing between that and parents that love me instead of abuse.

I want unconditional love from my parents and my sister. I want to be unconditionally loved and accepted by my family.

For work and careers to never be as important as it is now in society. I want a life of choice and freedom where my career can be chosen at any point I wish, and not have to feel shame about it.

I also want to never ever ever ever have a headache or migraine again!

In more simple terms, I want to be around my parents and relatives knowing that they love me for who I am today. I want to know that I'm loved. One time my LD teacher asked me to spell charity when I was in Grade 6, and I said L-O-V-E. My teacher told me to cut it out.

A girlfriend who would love me for me, and is White! (No racial offense, but the reason is mostly because my kind (Filipinos)- mostly the women- would marry White men, so I wanted to do the opposite- a Filipino man having a White girlfriend and future wife. It's kind of a "breaking the mold" thing.)

A family that's actually home, and friends that I can see more often.

I want my parents to be young and healthy forever. My dad will be 60 this summer, and my mom is only a few years younger. At the moment they are both healthy and strong (as far as I know - they are both notoriously stubborn about not going to the doctor), but I know that it's not a matter of if they'll ever get sick/hurt, but when. I'm just afraid that when the Grim Reaper comes knocking, my siblings and I won't be able to cope. I know that I'll never be the same after my parents die, and that scares me. In what ways will I change?

What's the one thing I want most that money can't buy?

Christmas, 1965. Everyone was there. Dad was sober. Mom was smiling. There was music, good food, laughter, and lots of hugs to go around. People talked and actually listened to each other. I felt loved and protected.
