None... I am a Potterfile and a history buff (particularly Titanic and "strange" history (paranormal, aliens, etc)).
What's a Potterfile ? :/ Have you ever heard of Ancient Aliens ? I think that show is right up your alley since you like paranormal history

I used to be into the history of the Titanic and had forgotten a lot of the facts that I absorbed since I was ten years old.
I do remember that the actual ship was manufactured in Belfast Ireland (I think) and was an Olympic size luxury ship. The ship was also the sister of two others which only one survived if I could remember correctly.
An interesting thing I read online was that on the night of the disaster , the captain himself had ignored warnings for icebergs and that he skipped a scheduled drill for getting the lifeboats ready in case of an emergency. I guess the tragedy could had been avoided and not quite sure if that's historic facts or a rumor of some sort :/
A Potterfile is a particularly intense fan of Harry Potter (both books and movies).
The other two ships were the Olympic and Britanic. Other than the size and luxuriousness, there wasn't anything special about the ship until it sunk. There were actually several ships out in the same area (most famously, that Carpatia and the Californian) and any one of them could have been in the same situation or come to rescue sooner. In terms of drills: There is a lot that could have happened beforehand, but drills were rarely followed and there was no regulation around safety practices pre-sinking, so Cpt. Smith didn't do anything (at that point) that wasn't standard practice for the time. He did ignore several warnings (that much is confirmed) and it is rumored (and likely to be true) that he was under a lot of pressure from the White Star Line to arrive in the Americas early to set a speed record and be both the biggest and fastest ship.
Oh, and Ancient Aliens is awesome :0)
