The worst was only a wasp. The trouble was it somehow flew down the back of my shirt when I was driving. :x I pulled over and squished it, but it put up a fight until then.

Probably a bee when I was about 8 or so. I was in Camp Montrose, near Montrose, PA

Man, that hurt!

Spider bite on my leg while I was asleep, thankfully the bite was not from a poisonous spider.

Several wasps at once
or,
Several fire ant stings

Singularly, they're not that bad.

I'm waiting for the red back to come along (I guess black widow for those in the US); they supposedly hurt a lot. They've been inside here.

I'd say that the worst for me so far is from a honeybee at a friend's house when I was little. It stung me in the chest. Since then, I tend to be squeamish around bees, despite not being allergic.

Well one time I got stung by a wasp in the hand and it swelled up quite a bit...my parents encourged me to put mud on it after we got the stinger out of it...supposedly to help suck the venom out but i think it more was just soothing to have something cold on my hand. Then one time i was walking around and a wasp decided it would be nice to inject me with stinger poison right in the leg which went all numb and weird feeling for a while.

I've never been stung by a bee though, as they are usually more focused on collecting nectar.

I got bit by a tarantula when I was a kid, but it was my fault because I tried to pick it up. If you simply let them crawl onto your hand they almost never bite.....

We were camping and I picked up a bag of cookies and ate them. There were a bunch of ants on the cookies, though, and then my mouth hurt because apparently ants bite when you eat them. Pfft.

Bit by a 8 foot Royal Python (aka Ball Python) that I kept as a pet as a kid.
My own fault, it was shedding its skin and was obviously in a foul mood when I tried to clean the enclosure without taking any precautions. I assume it was just a warning strike as it didn't try constricting me. The bit itself wasn't very painful, more of a thump against the back of my hand.
Cleaning the punctures hurt more than the bite, as did the tetanus jab I got in my arse as a consolation prize.

I've never been bitten by a dog, or stabbed by any stinging insects.

When I was a kid working on our farm, I was standing in a loading chute and my brother smashed a tractor into the chute and pinned me with the wall. There was a wasp nest in the wall, so the wasps were able to sit on my ear and sting until my brother backed the tractor and I pushed the wall away. My ear swelled up and flopped over. About a week later, the skin peeled off.

The first time I got bit by a dog. It caused my extreme fear and hatred of dogs, nobody addresses it as something that happened, so naturally MY FAMILY BOUGHT A DOG AND FORCES ME TO PLAY WITH IT. Whenever I talk to them about it, they just say "AWW U DUN HAT ERR U LUV ERR" like a 5 year old with the Chucky doll. In fact, I'd rather have Chucky in my house than the dog. It's just a cruel reminder of how much nobody addresses my presence and when they do they act like I don't have phobias when I have tons of them, all caused by my family.
It's a shame I'm the only autistic one here, the family would be perfect if we all were in this house.

The worst sting I have gotten from an insect is probably a hornet.

The worst sting that I've ever got was from a bee. I picked the bee up and started petting it and than it stung me. That happened to me the summer that I was 6.
