My vote was spring chicken. The flecks of silver you see on my temples aren't grey hairs, they're iridescent highlights.

damned glad I haven't got the latter, but as a guy gets older his bladder gets fuller easier and empties not quite as easily. as for the icecream hurting teeth, do as I do and brush with sensodyne.

Do Sensodyne do a smoker's toothpaste?

Re the bladder thing, I found this out recently. I was pretty much bed-ridden for a couple of days last week due to a... um... smoking injury (my lung collapsed). My bathroom is downstairs.

I would have picked up an extra bag of cat litter to put next to my bed, if I wasn't so damn weak and wheezy

I think we're lied to about what old is. When I was a 5 year old people were "old" if they were bigger than me. When I was 15 I thought people were definitely old and past it if they were more than 30. Now I'm 40 and I still feel 5, and I have friends who are 70 and theyre still not "old", so old now must mean anyone over a hundred. Therefore none of the people on this thread are old and we should all be allowed to celebrate our youthfulness with strawberries and sprinkles on our icecream. (it doesnt hurt your teeth if you're old enough to have false ones )

I thought my post would be shorter if I listed the points I didn't identify with.
