I don't think it would help the problem much because it seems like parking spaces are just hard to come by there so people would just be waiting in their cars for a fee spot & maybe just get tired of waiting & decide to park their car in the lane they drive in between spaces instead of continuing to drive around when they can see there's no place for em. We really should invent teleporters instead.
