Can anybody get this image to the right size so I can use it as an avatar?

you can also learn it yourself of course !
(if you download the free program 'the gimp' for example i'd be glad to tell you how, or you could also find some youtube tutorials)
the gimp is initially made for linux but it also works on windows,
if you have any trouble finding how to do it, you can always ask
in the meanwhile, look in your inbox and find there your resized avatar
