i make random noises even when i'm not alone.

i've earned quite a few weird looks and unwanted reputations. :lol:

I hum a lot alone.

I also hum when I'm getting a hug (not a perfunctory 'how ya doin' hug, but, one that lasts any longer than that). I love hugs.

Yeh all the time, I make clicking sounds and emit a low buzzing noise when I'm distressed. The worst is when I talk to myself in public.
