I have been to Perth ones love it - so much nicer than Sydney! A free bus system of 3 links (or is it 4 already?) where you can always get a seat. I also like that there is much more greenery everywhere ? for example between the art gallery and historical museum is a little pond with frogs. And, this I thought it was ever-so-neat how in public parks they have outdoor ?gyms?! From far away it looks like childrens playground but on closer inspection they are ellipticals, steppers, etc.! Really great.

The people seem much nicer too, when I was photographing a man in unoform came up to me ?excuse me? ? I worried I was in trouble for stepping on grass or something ? but he instead said, since I?m photographing, where some nice flowers are.

The only bad thing is the shops closing soon (Woolworths at 9 on weekdays and 5 on weekends) but there?s a lot of not hyper-overpriced 24hr convenience stores to make up for it.
