I am really sleepy and must take a nap, although it is now 3:45 PM. So am starting this thread for anyone else who feels sleepy but wants to post one more thing.... zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I'm up at 4AM because puppy can't control his bladder or bowels. :tired:

but i went t sleep at 3, too late even for me.

sciatica keeping me from sleeping properly.

Can't sleep properly so tired all day

My meds just got doubled, and I am soo tired. It's supposed to be temporary, but gak.

I'm really sleepy.

I am. I was visiting my family for 2 weeks & helping with house cleaning some everyday. It took two days to travel each way by Greyhound. I was busy the week before I left doing needed chores, helping my girlfriend's sister out with some stuff & having her staying over in that week & their mom staying over a couple days before I left. I got back 3 days ago, dealt with a computer problem the night I got back(the fan on my vid card making lots of noise & I ordered a new vid card today) I helped my girlfriend rearrange furniture in her room one day. I washed dishes today. I had nightmares my 1st two nights back & didn't sleep long enough & I started a new med last night & may of slept better till I woke up cold & held my girlfriend & woke up again when she turned & didn't sleep much after that. It's no wonder I'm sleepy & hope I'll sleep better & more tonight.

I am. So much that I feel like I have a headache. No matter what time I go to bed or what time I get up, sometimes I'm still so sleepy during the day that I just can't control it. I feel like I'm going to collapse any minute. I try to stay awake, but it's just impossible.

I'm really tired. Going to bed extra early tonight. Hope I sleep at least 12 hours.

wish the dickens I could still sleep 12 hours at once.

I'm due for another nap. There are days that *society* grates on me.
