So, any Irish aspies on here? And how do you feel about the Irish attitude towards the different/unique? I'm 23, have never been accepted much, and wonder if Ireland and Irish people can be very narrow minded and socially elitist..

three quarter irish [it exists] and LFA if it counts, here.
had an irish upbringing despite living in england, all our family going back centuries are irish though recently found out am also related to the infamous oliver cromwell,not sure what to think about that.

Ah well you can always say you have a complicated ancestry And it's awesome that you have some Irish ancestry. I'm all Irish with a little bit of Scottish from a great-grandfather

Ah but it is significant. Irish people were once warriors and scholars, athletic and cerebral men like myself, not the idiots of the modern age. Most modern Irish here in Ireland disgust me, they are snide and judgemental sheep. Not many interesting folk. Part of why I need to get out of here lol

I would say it really does depend on the person and the social group there in. In school it was annoying dealing with people but when i went to collage there was a lot more open mindedness.
