It's difficult to choose.Coconut Cream,Key Lime,Lemon,Pecan.( or even better Black zwalnut or Hickory nut),But then there are peach,apple,buttermilk,custard,and I know it sounds weird but it's good,Vinegar.Housewives during the depression that didn't have lemons figured out a way to make a pie similar.
Is there such a thing as an undesirable pie??

coconut cream..that's pretty good too. 8) also lemon probably but i haven't had it.

i don't think there is an undesirable pie...only pi.

Chocolate mousse cheesecake.
I consider cheesecakes to be a type of custard pie.

As far as "traditional" pies go, Key lime is probably my favorite.

It's very hard to pick just one. Apple, cherry, peach, lime, lemon, pumpkin, sweet potato, apricot...

But I'd say an apple pie made by me is the best if I really have to pick one.

I've had to eat a lot of humble pie in my life time.

But I do like a fruit pie. Any fruit will do as long as it's hot with cream.

Cherry probably. I like a lot of pies though, I always asked for pie instead of cake on my birthday.

Seasonal, holiday pies:
Pecan, Hot apple pie with vanilla sauce, also Pumpkin, all served warm (but only in the fall & winter)
lemon merange (summer)
ricotta pie (spring)
