It is very irritating. There is something someone needs you to do. They make an appointment. You wait. They are late, or no show, no call. ANXIETY! If I keep active, I'm fine. If wait... anxiety! Makes me wonder how anyone can think I'm lazy. If I don't find something to do, I may have a heart attack or something. Sometimes it just comes out of nowhere, and I don't know why. I'm going to go shovel snow. I can't handle this.

I think I know what you mean. Waiting is not fun most of the time. You end up thinking unnecessarily. Having something to do often helps.

If I wait, time passes very slowly and I feel impatient and irritated. I try to do something so that I won't think about time. If someone makes me wait, I feel very angry.

However, when I'm waiting for something I dread, it's impossible to do anything else. I can't distract myself from it. I can only wait for it, get anxious and stressed until it's over.

I shoveled snow, and went for a walk. She was really late. It screwed up my week a little. Big job.

I was hoping for somekind of suggestion for a coping skill or something.

Maybe I need to learn more about it?

Some people have no consideration.

I think it was the coffee, and the person. It is my only drug, and I should probably stop drinking it. That stuff is no good to me. I am noticing that it happens mostly in the morning, and afternoon.
