indoors only, including the basement, kitchen etc. As many as you possibly can, even if that means crowded and a bit uncomfortable.

In my parents' house, they had forty people over once, but they could fit twice that much all over the house, because the guests all stayed in the living room.

In my house? 60 or 70. Not that i have any intention to do that, and I hate parties. just saying I could.

How I am supposed to count that?
Counting only sitting places(chairs, sofas, beds) there would be:
15 in main living room.
12 in 2nd living room(6 in summer because garden chairs are in garden then).
2 in kitchen.
10 in my room.
8 in my parents room.
5 in the hall.
So about 52 people can SIT in my house at a time being as it is furnished now.
If you add standing places and spots on floor(lots of comfortable carpets)... I can't honestly count it. A lot.

From what I know though about 40 people fit in just our living room during my first communion party. We gathered lots of tables and chairs there(borrowed from neighbors) at that time and there was still a lot of place to walk. Our main living room is the size of an average classroom. My room, my parents room and the 2nd living room are each about 60% of the main living room size.

Total: 8

My wife, myself, and 6 other people, maximum. Not that we don't have room for at least 30, but there is also the consideration of noise level and activity. I would not be comfortable with 28 other people in the house, and would likely find an excuse to go someplace else.

No one can fit in the charred remains of what used to be my home.

I don't want to think about that. Anything over 15 is too much, never mind the limit.
