I always found the whole emo label rather pathetic. I abhor that word. It is too freely used...now anyone who shows emotions is labelled as emo. That is what I have found on various forums.

I don't mind anyone who's emotional, but I can't tolerate people who whine incessantly over the most pettiest of things. It's annoying. Don't you agree? This isn't offensive or anything, it's just funny.

Yes, I agree that whining endlessly over minor issues is annoying, but the word emo has become an excuse for some to label anyone who displays emotions...including those who self injure as a result of very real issues. That is more what I object to.

I get called Emo all the time because I'm emotional.

I truly do feel sorry for people who have real issues. I didn't mean this to offend people. I am also quite emotional myself, but I just don't express them to people because that would just alienate people.

You didn't offend me at all; I've seen those kinds of people before. Tight pants, the infamous side-bang.

You mean you whine about problems that aren't really problems? :P
Oh, and just because it's old doesn't mean it has lost its humor.

I have heard references to Emo, but I have no clue what it is. Please inform or describe? I heard it is something like goth, but I can't compare the two.

I respect people who have serious problems. No need to go on the offensive.
