Yes. If there's a TV set turned on in the house, I can hear it if it's muted. The same sound also comes out of AC adapters plugged into the wall.

I can even tell which network you are watching by listening to the audio-they sound different.

Nobody can ever hear what's annoying me.

This is a regular conversation for me:

Me: "What the hell is making that sound?"
Other person: "What sound?"
Me: "You don't hear that?"
Other person: "(long silence) I don't hear anything."
Me: "It's pissing me off."
Other person: "You're just hearing things."

I can too. For example, you'll only find The Simpsons on two different channels here, so it would have to be one of those.

But seriously, yes, I can hear the high-pitched screech from a TV, and recall being able to from a very young age.

I've always been able to notice a high pitched sound from CRT TV's, but not so much modern flat panel displays. Some sets are louder than others. The same goes for capacitors, such as those used for camera flashes - they get higher pitched as they build charge

On a side note, there's something wrong with my computer's power supply that causes it to emit a high pitched sound like that of a CRT and it drives me crazy.

Me too! When I insist that there is a sound, they look at me like I'm crazy.

I only know one other person who can hear it, and that is my father who I suspect is also on the spectrum. I have asked other family and friends over the years (during moments when I could hear it), and none of them know what I am talking about.

oh yes now that I recall my mom could not hear it and my sister could... My sister is not on the spectrum... my mom has aspergers herself but she can't hear it...

I heard it has something to do with age than aspergers... If you're above 35 or something you can't hear it

When I was a kid, my dad bought a dog whistle to help with training our dog. I told my parents it must be broken, because I could hear it. To this day they think I'm lying.
