Attention WrongPlanet.net forum members,

For several months, I have posed as an Asperger's sufferer named "Werbert." I am actually Special Agent Frank Flynn, of the Counter Aspie Terrorist Unit, or CATU (pronounced "Catch you"). My assignment was to infiltrate WP and gain the trust of several aspie terrorists known to congregate there, and gather incriminating evidence against them. I am happy to announce that this mission was a complete success.

This morning, CATU strike teams around the world took into custody several high-profile aspie terrorists, including the posters you know as TheMachine1, CockneyRebel, larsenjw92286, MrMark, Tim_Tex, and a host of others. They were the ringleaders of a vast aspie conspiracy, which was responsible for worldwide mayhem. Some of their dastardly plans included plots to blow up sporting arenas, high school locker rooms, and the set of the Dr. Phil show. They would also deploy suicide attackers, who would attack random NTs on the street, spraying them with acid and rendering them unable to convey any further nonverbal communication.

But thanks to the efforts of agents like myself and a few others, this criminal organization has been beheaded and dismembered, never to threaten our security again. However, we cannot take the risk that another organization will rise in its place. Therefore, we are ordering that every aspie report to their local CATU office to be registered with the government. From now on, every aspie will be assigned a parole officer, who will be a high school jock responsible for mocking the aspie, shoving him or her into a locker, and otherwise keeping the aspie in his or her place.

The aspie threat is over.

Wow. I just looked at wikipedia and what I wrote about the founder of Autism Speaks (Bob Wright) was deleted in only 28 minutes. My wikipedia edit account was banned too (like I can't make another).

It was in poor taste. Shame on me. Ah hell, it's April fools, screw em' if they can't take a joke. (I think you can still read what I wrote on the edit history if you just have to see).
