Takes me about an hour. But I listen to my iPod for a bit before that, so if I didn't it'd take longer.

Used to take about an hour, but now it takes five minutes maybe. The stuff I'm taking acts as a tranquilizer a few minutes after I take it.

It can vary a lot. If I've been active all day and out at Aikido (a Japanese martial art) in the evening then sometimes I'll fall asleep in less than 30 minutes. But average is probably about an hour and when I'm nervous about something it can be 2 to 3 hours. When it get's really bad I'm up all night. But I've got better at sleeping from learning some things:
1. If you're not sleeping then don't stay in bed. Get up for a while and read and then go back to bed and try again.
2. Always read before trying to sleep (this works for me anyway).
3. Try and get out of your bedroom during the day

10 minutes, if there is no stress. If I am stressed, it can take over an hour.

It really depends, sometimes it can take 15 minuttes, sometimes less than that if i`m really tired.
Sometimes it can take up too 3 hours, if it`s something i`m stressed or anxiouse about it can take a long time or if i have some good ideas too something, that i can`t stop thinking about.

It`s really hard, because sometimes when i really want too sleep, i can`t. But when i want too stay up all night (like in the weekends) i fallasleep in minuttes. Really anoying..

15-25 minutes but mine doesn't count because I take a sleep medication, otherwise uh...never.

About ten minutes
But that's because I'm always tired. I rarely get more than seven hours sleep a night - mainly because I always set my alarm regardless of whether or not I have a reason to get up.

It used to take me longer to get to sleep when I was younger

On most nights I can fall asleep in less than half an hour. Some nights take a little longer for me.
